The Music Pod is designed to make Green Beans Music resources easy for educators to use with their students. Your membership provides a license to use Music Pod content for educational purposes according to the membership level purchased.
Purchasing a membership provides permission to use the resources as described below. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of Green Beans Music content to the member.
Teacher / Homeschool Membership
A Teacher / Homeschool Membership is licensed to one educator.
The member may use Music Pod resources with all students they personally teach. There is no limit on the number of classes or students the licensed educator may teach using the resources.
Homeschool educators may use the resources with children in their household or homeschool instruction.
An individual membership may not be shared with other teachers, staff members, or educators.
School Membership
A School Membership is licensed to one physical school location and includes Music Pod access for up to five authorized educators at that school.
Authorized educators may use Music Pod resources with individual classes, multiple classes, or school-wide student activities at the licensed school. There is no limit on the number of students who may benefit from the resources.
The five-user limit applies to the number of educators authorized to individually access The Music Pod, not the number of students, classrooms, or school activities in which the resources may be used.
Access may not be extended to additional staff beyond the authorized users or to another school location.
District / Organization Membership
District and organization licenses are customized according to the number of schools, locations, and authorized educators covered by the agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, each licensed school may receive access for up to five authorized educators, with educational use permitted throughout that school.
Only the schools or locations identified in the agreement are covered. Additional locations may be added by contacting Green Beans Music.
What You May Do
Licensed educators may display Music Pod videos and other resources during instruction; play Music Pod audio and music for students; print student-facing materials for students they teach; use resources with multiple classes or school-wide student activities covered by their license; and provide student-facing materials to their own students through a private, access-controlled classroom environment, such as a Google Classroom restricted to enrolled students.
Downloaded resources may be retained and used by the licensed educator according to the terms of the membership and the specific resource.
What You May Not Do
Music Pod membership does not permit sharing membership login credentials with unauthorized users; giving downloaded Music Pod files to other educators who are not covered by the license; uploading resources to school-wide or district-wide shared drives for unrestricted staff access; posting Music Pod downloads or member-only materials publicly online; copying, republishing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Music Pod resources; removing Green Beans Music copyright or branding from resources for redistribution; or downloading/rehosting Music Pod videos on another website, video platform, learning-resource library, or content service.
Student Use vs. Resource Sharing
Students may view, hear, complete, and interact with Music Pod resources as part of instruction provided by an authorized educator.
This does not mean each student needs a Music Pod membership.
The license is based on educator access, not student access. However, providing a resource to students for instructional use is different from redistributing the underlying resource to other educators, schools, or the public.
Ownership & Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, Music Pod content and original Green Beans Music resources including videos, audio, music, graphics, worksheets, printables, teaching materials, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of Green Beans Music and/or their respective rights holders.
Membership grants permission to use these materials according to the applicable license. It does not transfer ownership of the materials or grant permission for unrestricted reproduction or distribution.
